Jason and I live in beautiful sunshine filled South Florida.  We were both born and raised here so we are able to actually call ourselves native Floridians.  Almost six years ago we met online and have now been married for a year and a half.  We have three adorable kitty cats, which we currently refer to as our children.  First and foremost is our twenty-five pound Momo who enjoys lounging around in between his hectic dining and napping schedule.  Next is our caramel coffee colored Starbucks, who greatly prefers the name Bucky and is a bit OCD. Last, but definitely not least is our black and white spotted Oreo which words can simply not describe his amazing personality (see pictures of all three below).  I would say I am definitely a cat lover!

My husband is the owner of a small auto dealership called Accelerated Auto, and I just opened my first business.  My new company is called Custom by Michelle. I will tell you how my company began….A little while back I needed a gift for my niece, Kendall. I spent hours searching the internet for the “perfect gift.” After much thought I decided that I wanted to give my niece a personalized gift, one that she would have forever. It was then that I decided to give her a Special Delivery Baby Book personalized and created by me. I cannot even begin to describe how amazed everyone who saw this book was. It was at that moment that I decided to open a business selling these amazing personalized books. Since then I have expanded my product line to over 40 Personalized Story Books for newborn babies all the way through age 6. The personalized books were doing fantastic; however, I loved the idea of personalization so much that I wanted to expand into other types of gifts that reached older kids. I began thinking back to when I was little and remembered that my Aunt got me a small pillow with a special pocket for my baby teeth. Whenever I lost a tooth I would place it in this pocket and wake up to a $5 bill (even more when my grandparents were watching me). I decided that I wanted to offer these tooth fairy pillows to my customers, however, mine would be personalized and have a variety of designs to choose from.

I have since expanded my product line to include unique personalized gifts/favors that span the entire lifetime of an individual. Our gifts start with new born babies that can have there birth details captured in print by using one of our many personalized baby story books such as “Special Delivery.”  As a child grows our personalized story books can detail the first day of school, first ballet recital, first sports game, or their first fishing trip.  Let’s not forget as they grow they will need a place to put their lost teeth and what better idea then a personalized tooth fairy pillow. And when the time comes to celebrate a Quinceañera, Communion, Sweet Sixteen, and Graduation, we’ve got you covered. It doesn’t just stop there. The happiest day of their lives will be the day of their wedding and or the birth of their child, when the cycle starts all over again. It is my goal for that my personalized gifts reach kids all over and put a smile on their face. One day soon my children will enjoy all of these personalized gifts.
